During our Galicia Packraft Tour in 2024 and 2025, we will be joined by Alfredo Govinda Burcio (aka Freddy), our guide from Kayak Galicia. He comes highly recommended for his people skills, his knowledge of the rivers and his passion for kayaking.

With Freddy, not only do you safely navigate rivers, but you also learn a great deal about navigating whitewater rivers, as well as a philosophy of life, about how to devote yourself to what you are passionate about.

These are the rivers we will be paddling during the 2024 Galicia Packraft Tour:

Packrafting on the River Sil.
Packrafting on the River Deza: trains of wave walls. Lower Deza or Deza 3.
Packrafting on the River Lor. Middle section.
Packrafting on the Burbia River.
Packrafting on the Cabrera River.

On the 2025 Galicia Packrafting tour, we will be paddling the following rivers:

Packrafting on the River Deza, upper sections: Train sections, upper section and classic class III.
Packrafting on the River Lor, lower section of the Lor and upper and upper-most sections.
Packrafting on the Arnego River.
Packrafting on the River Ulla.
Packrafting on the River Deza. Deza Canyon, classic class IV.

Sil

Packrafting on the River Sil: our first encounter with the rivers of Galicia.

Ulla
